Terms and conditions

SE Ski Club Ltd (SESC) will receive bookings (subject to availability) for Interbourse 2022 by receipt of a completed registration form, accompanied by payment details, via the submission of an online booking via Momentum Ski (Management Agency, on behalf of SESC).

Upon SESC/Momentum Ski’s written communication to you of its acceptance of your booking, for a place at Interbourse 2022, there shall be a legally binding contract between SESC and you to which these terms apply.

Registration Fees
The registration fee will include (for Interbourse 2022 attendees) one place at Interbourse 2022. The registration fee does not include travel to or from the event or any accommodation costs incurred. If payment is not made at the time of booking, your registration will be provisional and confirmation will only be sent when payment has been received in full. You acknowledge that SESC cannot guarantee places held on a provisional basis and that places may sell out.

Any bookings made through Momentum Ski (Management Agency) for extras including hotels, transfers, lift passes, ski guiding etc. will be subject to their own terms and conditions which can be found here.

Attendee cancellations and Postponements
All attendee cancellations must be submitted in writing to SESC at info@stockexchangeskiclub.co.uk.

If you wish to cancel your booking then cancellation charges shall be applicable as follows:

Written notice received by us:
Up to 1 October 2021 – 5% of registration fee to be charged

Between 1 October 2021 and 20 December 2021 – 20% of registration fee to be charged

After 20 December 2021 – 100% of registration fee to be charged – no refund will be possible

You acknowledge and agree that these charges represent a genuine pre-estimate of the costs SESC will incur as a result of your cancellation.

Refunds may take up to 30 working days. Note: Same policy applies to accidental and/or duplicate registrations.

Instead of a refund or partial refund, a substitute attendee may be sent in your place if you cannot attend for any reason and these details can be updated by emailing SESC at info@stockexchangeskiclub.co.uk.

Additional conditions relating to Covid 19 or other viral outbreaks:

In the event that SESC has to cancel Interbourse 2022 because:

– government border controls make it impossible for many attendees to participate
– Courmayeur ski resort is closed and no lifts are operating
– quarantine is required on arrival in Italy

or other circumstances mean that SESC determines it is unable to hold a satisfactory event, then SESC and our Management Agency will endeavour to recoup everything that we can from our suppliers in good faith on your behalf, and refund as much of your registration fee as is possible. However, we will not be able to refund anything that we are not able to recoup ourselves. The wide range of suppliers used means that this needs to be done on a case by case basis for each element of the event and the level of refund cannot be guaranteed.

You acknowledge and agree that SESC is not in a position to underwrite the non-recoverable costs of Interbourse 2022 and that in the event of cancellation of the entire event, a significant portion of your registration fee is likely to be at risk. You should ensure that you have personal insurance to cover this eventuality.

Liability
SESC is not responsible for any bodily or material damage (including theft) sustained by participants during Interbourse 2022, which is not directly the fault of the host. Each participant is responsible for his/her own insurance in such events.

Privacy and personal data
You expressly acknowledge that SESC will store all personal data provided by you in a database. By booking your place at Interbourse 2022, you grant permission to SESC to use the personal data you provide for the provision of information to you and other Interbourse 2022 attendees as well as the provision of the personal data to SESC and its partners (Sponsors) for the purpose of sending information to you.
